Women Support Cell

The Special Cell for Women and Children at the SP Office in Jalgaon is a collaborative initiative of the Department of Women and Child Development, the Home Department (Police), and Aadhar Bahuddeshiya Sanstha, Amalner (an NGO). Located within the Superintendent of Police office, the cell addresses issues of violence against women and children, working within the framework of the Indian Constitution to ensure women are recognized as individuals with equal rights and opportunities, including the right to live a peaceful and violence-free life.
