Aadhar Sanstha Amalner has been dedicated to working with marginalized communities for over three decades, with a special focus on women and children. The organization provides critical support to victims of domestic violence and individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Primary health care and maternal health care.

Dr. Bharati Patil, ( P.hd MSW)30 years back started career as a field worker at Tata institute of social sciences and deeply understand the ground realities of women situation then with like minded team started the work of NGO Aadhar from 1999 full time work as a Director of organisation from two and half decades organisation addressing issues like Health care , violence against women gender inequality HIV AIDS and acsses justice.Worked as an gender and programme trainer empowering community leaders and stackholders to maximize impact.
Renu Prasad, a dedicated social work professional with over 30 years of experience, began her career working closely with marginalized communities, gaining deep insight into their challenges. As a founding team member of Aadhar Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha, she has played a key role in shaping its mission and programs. Her work focuses on issues such as women’s rights, healthcare, HIV/AIDS awareness, and access to justice. Renu’s commitment and leadership continue to drive impactful, community-based solutions for lasting social change.
Vijaykumar Waghmare, founder of Aadhar Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha, is an MSW and UGC SET-qualified professional with over 30 years of experience in social work and education. Since 2005, he has served as a faculty member at PJN College of Social Work, shaping future professionals through innovative teaching. Through Aadhar, he has led impactful initiatives in health, gender justice, and community development. His work with TISS, Zilla Parishad, and various NGOs reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence and grassroots social change.
